Renew or resolve

A date is renewed or resolved, and keeps its history.

When a visa is extended or a certificate renewed, record the new date and the old one stays in the history. When something no longer applies, resolve it with a note. Nothing is deleted, so the record shows what happened and when.

Worksite, dates and wage compared with the LCA.

Each H-1B placement is checked against its LCA record: the worksite on the placement against the certified worksite, the placement dates against the validity period, and the pay rate against the wage. A mismatch shows on the placement until it is fixed.

Who gets the alerts?

Owners and admins get a daily email of what is coming up, once a day. Consultants see their own dates in their portal. Managers, client approvers and vendors don't receive compliance alerts.

What does the LCA check compare?

The placement's worksite against the certified worksite, the placement's dates against the LCA's validity period, and the placement's pay rate against the required wage. A mismatch is shown on the placement and in the compliance list.
