Privacy notice
The enquiry form is the only thing on ekasetu.com that asks you for anything. Here is what happens to it.

This notice is about the ekasetu.com website and its enquiry form ("Send an enquiry", including pricing enquiries). It is not the privacy policy for the EkaSetu product itself, which customers receive with their agreement.
Booking a walkthrough takes you to Cal.com, which handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
Only what you type into it: your name, your work email, your company, your company's size (a range you choose), the topic you'd like to talk about (a choice from a short list), and, if you add them, a phone number and a note.
The form also has a hidden field and a timing check that catch automated submissions. They hold no information about you.
To reply to your enquiry about EkaSetu: to arrange a walkthrough, answer a question or discuss pricing. We don't use it for anything else.
When you press the button, the form goes to a small function on Cloudflare (the company that hosts this site), which checks the fields and passes them to a Cloudflare Worker that turns them into one email to the EkaSetu inbox ([email protected]). Nothing from the form is written to a database on the website.
To slow down floods, the function counts submissions per network address for up to an hour in Cloudflare's short-lived cache. That count is not kept with your details and is not used for anything else.
Your email then sits in the EkaSetu inbox, like any other email we receive.
The website sets no analytics or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts, trackers or fonts from other companies. The pages are served as static files; the fonts are served from ekasetu.com itself.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps its own standard server logs (for example, the request and the network address) to run and protect the service.
We keep your enquiry email while we're in touch with you about EkaSetu, and for up to 12 months after our last exchange, after which we delete it unless you've become a customer or asked us to keep it.
The EkaSetu team, to reply to you. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else except the services named above that carry the email.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold from your enquiry, to correct it, or to delete it: email [email protected] from the address you used, and we'll do it and confirm. You can also simply ask us not to contact you again.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always at ekasetu.com/privacy.
