ProductsSuite 2 · Time & Approvals
Hours entered once, approved from email, fixed at approval.
Consultants enter their week the way the client counts it. The approver gets one email and approves from it, with no account to create. Hours and rates are fixed at approval, so invoices, vendor bills and payroll files are built on the numbers that were approved.

Timesheets
Weekly hours that match how the client counts them.
- Work, billable meeting, other billable, non-billable, holiday, vacation and sick
- The company's own week start; period totals count only the days inside the period
- A PDF per week
- Drafts are not timesheets: nothing counts until the consultant submits
- Drafts save as you type; a week already submitted or approved stays as it was

Capability
Email Approvals
One link per approver per week. No account, no password.
- Approve all, approve one day, or ask for changes with a note
- Staff can approve on the client's behalf and attach the client's own approval as evidence
- A backup approver can step in when a week waits too long, if your company turns that on
- An approver who is away has their weeks handed to a delegate for set dates; revoking stops the delegate's links
- Each approval records who approved and when
Planned Approval pages laid out for the phone first.

Overtime Rules
Overtime worked out from the placement's status and your rules, and fixed when the week is approved.
- Weekly or daily rules, double time and the seventh-day rule, for the company, a client or a placement
- Overtime paid to non-exempt W-2 employees by default; billed to the client only where you turn it on
- Separate overtime lines on invoices, vendor bill checks, margin and payroll files
