Offer letters

Offers from your templates, with a second approval.

Build an offer from a template or an uploaded PDF with fill-in fields. A second owner or admin approves it before it is sent; the candidate signs in EkaSetu, and you countersign. Resend or withdraw from the same place.

Signing inside onboarding

Documents signed where the onboarding happens.

Sign steps go through EkaSetu's own e-signatures: boxes placed on the page, the consultant signs after giving consent, and the company countersigns where a step asks for it. The sealed copy is filed with the person.

Form I-9 Section 1

A guided Section 1, one question per screen.

The consultant completes Section 1 as an onboarding step: one question at a time, the form's own wording with plain-language help, the documents they will show, and an electronic signature. Section 2 then waits for staff or an authorized representative.

Questions

Asked before a walkthrough.

Can we use our own offer letter?

Yes. Upload your PDF and place the fill-in fields on it, or write a template in EkaSetu. Uploaded PDFs are rebuilt without active content before they are used.

Who approves an offer before it goes out?

By default, a second owner or admin, not the person who drafted it; an owner can turn this off. The approval is recorded on the offer.

Does the consultant need an account?

They sign in to EkaSetu to work through their checklist; the account comes from your invitation, with two-step sign-in like every account. A document sent before the account exists is linked to them when they first open it.

What does the consultant see afterwards?

Their own portal: this week's timesheet and history, their profile, documents and signed copies, visa and I-9 dates, and pay stubs their company adds. Nothing about rates, margin or other people.
